Person-centred support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
KITE provides community-based support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our services include Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, learning disabilities, communication needs, physical disabilities, developmental challenges, and social and emotional needs.
We support children and young people to access their community, develop confidence, build friendships, and achieve positive life outcomes through our Community Buddy Programme, after-school support, holiday activities, and school transition services.
Our SEND Support Includes:

Community Buddy Programme
One-to-one support helping children and young people access their community through after-school activities, weekend outings, swimming, sports, cinema, youth clubs, and creative activities.
